About the rebranding
As of 11 July 2025, Credit Europe Bank has officially become Nexent Bank. This change is part of the bank’s efforts to modernize and enhance its services, to further align with the current financial landscape and better serve the customers' needs.
The new name reflects a constant commitment to providing future-ready banking solutions. “Nexent” is a conceptual composition stemming from “Next”, reflecting progress, transformation future readiness, the letter X, that corespondent connection and exchange and the suffix “-ent”, which stands for essence, stability and presence.
While we adopted to the new name and identity, all operations will continue as normal. The customer accounts, cards, savings products, credit facilities, and business services are not affected. Customers can continue to expect reliable, secure, and straightforward financial services, supported by the bank’s local teams and digital tools.

Does this change impact me as a customer?
There is no action required from your side. Your accounts, cards, savings products, credit facilities, and business services will remain the same. What does change is our brand identity: more modern, more focused, and more aligned with what we truly stand for. A personal, fair, and approachable bank – designed around you.

Did my contract with the bank remain the same?
Yes, there is no change to your contract for existing products and services you are using. It is only a name change. Our legal structure remains the same.

Did my bank account or cards change as a result of the rebranding?
No, your bank account details, including IBAN will not change. If you receive a new card (for example, when your old card expires or if you request a new one), it will feature the new Nexent Bank identity.

Did the mobile app, internet banking or my login details change?
Your login details are not changing. We do have a new clearer and more intuitive interface, both for the mobile app and internet banking, to offer users a . more customer-oriented experience. All functions remain and will be gradually expanded for more control and convenience. The mobile app will usually update automatically, depending on individual settings. If you're having trouble accessing it, please try updating it manually.

Are there any changes for the products or services offered?
Our existing products and services remain unchanged. At the same time, we are expanding our offer with modern, digital services tailored to your needs.

What happens if I need documents from the past (e.g. account statements)?
This will remain unchanged. You can obtain these documents via the regular channels. Of course you will receive the requested information also for past periods, at minimum until the end of the retention period. The Information however will be presented under the new brand.

Do I have a special termination right due to the rebranding?
No. The rebranding is a change of brand identity/name and has no effect on your contractual terms – it does not create a special right of termination.

Will my deposits remain safe and protected? Who guarantees them?
Absolutely. Also, in this regard nothing has changed. Your deposits remain protected up to €100,000 per person under the Dutch Deposit Guarantee Scheme. The bank's legal structure and security standards remain unchanged.

Who is the (main) supervising authority of the bank after the rebranding?
Nexent Bank N.V. and its branches remain under the supervision of the Dutch Central Bank. Nothing changes in this regard.
