Job description:

As a Relationship Manager you will develop the retail clients portfolio in your area and you will maintain the relationship with the existing ones through constant communication and identification of business needs and offering suitable banking products.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be the main link between the Bank and every client from your portfolio;
  • You will identify the market opportunities and you will draw up plans of attracting new clients, organizing periodic visits to potential clients;
  • You will meet the established sales goals;
  • You will promote, negotiate and present the offers regarding our products and services to the potential/existing clients;
  • You will ensure the increase in the sales process of our products and services destined to individual clients within the targeted segment and you will initiate cross-selling sales of the Bank`s products and services;
  • You will propose solutions for improving the quality of the products and services offered by the Bank.
