You have secure, free and fast access to your accounts, from your favorite device, computer, phone or tablet.

You have access to your accounts from anywhere and you can perform banking operations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You check your account balance, see your transaction history, make transfers, pay your bills, exchange money and make savings.

Moreover, the new interface of the Internet Banking service comes with a new electronic token - mToken. See here details about the mToken app and download it for FREE, right now on your smart device.

The Internet Banking service is free and can be obtained by submitting a written request in any territorial unit. Our colleagues will hand you the necessary documents and will guide you to complete them.

After signing the documents, all you have to do is activate the Internet Banking service depending on the chosen authentication method: electronic token or physical token.

To increase the prevention of online fraud and to reduce the number of unpaid payments generated by the wrong entry of the payee's IBAN account, you can now use the Beneficiary Name Display Service. It helps you, in the case of interbank payments in lei, to verify the identity of the IBAN account holder when you intend to make a payment via Internet or Mobile Banking, to accounts opened at a Romanian banking institution that has also joined the SANB. The service is also functional for intrabank payments in lei. Thus, when entering the IBAN code in the payment screen in lei, the data of the payee will be truncated, namely the first name and initial of the name of the natural person or part of the name of the legal person. If you notice discrepancies between the information displayed by the Bank and the information you have, you can decide not to authorize the payment.

  • Acum prin intermediul cardului de credit Card Avantaj si al serviciului de Internet Banking Internet Banking iti oferim o noua facilitate. Astfel, incepand cu data de 01.07.2013 , vei avea acces oricand la banii din contul aferent cardului de credit Card Avantaj fara a fi nevoit sa te deplasezi la un bancomat. De acum vei putea utiliza Card Avantaj atat pentru efectuarea de plati domestice, cat si pentru transferuri bancare efectuate prin Internet Banking.
