You can use your phone or smart watch to withdraw cash or check the balance, if you have a credit or debit card enrolled in ApplePay, GooglePay or another application of the type of electronic wallets.

You can check the amounts available in the accounts related to your cards, regardless of the issuing bank, using the contactless function of the ATM both with the card and with the mobile phone or smart watch.

In the context of aligning with market digitization trends strategy and increase operational efficiency, please be informed that, as of 15 April 2025, no activities of cash deposit and withdrawal will be carried out at the cashiers, in the following agencies in Bucharest Berceni, Plaza Mall, București Mall, Sun Plaza, Mega Mall, București. In these agencies, you will only be able to conduct cashless transactions.
The cash deposit and cash withdrawal activity will remain available in the following agencies: Dorobanți, 1 Mai, Magheru, Plaza România, Voluntari.
